At Perq, we strive to provide high-quality corporate merchandise that meets our customers' expectations. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, and we have established the following policy to ensure a fair and straightforward process.
Customized Items
Any item that has been customized with logos, designs, or personalization cannot be returned or refunded.
This includes all apparel, accessories, and promotional items that have been altered according to customer specifications.
Order Cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel any order within 24 hours of placement without any penalty or fees.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately via email or phone.
After the 24-hour window, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or defective item, you may return it for a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
The item must be in its original packaging as sent by Perq.
You must notify us of the defect within 7 days of receiving the item.
Return Process for Faulty Items
Contact our customer service team to report the faulty item and request a return authorization.
We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Ship the item back to us using the provided return label.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your replacement or refund.
Non-Faulty Returns
Due to the nature of our business and the customization of most items, we do not accept returns for non-faulty items.
Please carefully review your order before confirming purchase.
Refunds
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds for faulty items will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
Shipping Costs
Perq will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for any non-faulty returns that may be accepted as an exception to this policy.
